Mumbai. After taking over the command of HDFC Bank for 25 years, Aditya Puri on Monday handed over the responsibility of the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director of the bank to Shashidhar Jagdishan and thus lost his last day at the bank’s corporate office and took away from all at 5.30 pm. Puri took over the responsibility of the first head of the private sector bank 25 years ago and put a job -giving banking business on its shoulders. Officials said that in the program to take over, Jagdishan reached the bank headquarters located in front of Kamla Mill Complex in Lower Parel area in the city. Both Puri and Jagdishan addressed their comrades through virtual medium. In his address, Puri recalled his journey to the bank, in which the most attention was given to the employees.

Earlier, in the day, HDFC Bank’s rival Bank ICICI Bank tweeted in honor of Puri, calling Puri a source of inspiration. ICICI Bank wrote on its official Twitter handle, ICICI Bank expresses his gratitude for Aditya Puri’s contribution to the Indian banking industry. Bank said, “You remained an inspiration for many people in many of your decades tenure. We wish you a bright future.

HDFC Bank made such world class bank

Aditya Puri said that when this bank was established 25 years ago, we had many fellow children at that time. There were many middle classes, who wore Bata shoes. There were many companions who were working in good positions in foreign companies. He said that at that time there was only one wish in the mind of all colleagues that one world class bank should be established in our country too. He said, ‘I remember well that when I was forming a team for the bank in Sandose House, it was what people used to tell people to come and join the Best Bank of the World.

Aditya Puri said that there were enough challenges in the initial days. Due to lack of money, we went to Kamla Mills and opened our office. U But thank God that we kept moving forward on the decision we took, and today we have reached here.

This is how HDFC Bank started-Aditya Puri established the private sector HDFC Bank in India in the 90s. He left Malaysia and left a citybank job. In about two decades, Puri carried the bank ahead and kept it in profit and made the lowest NPA bank.

Bankers who got the highest salary of the country-HDFC Bank MD and CEO Aditya Puri is the highest salary banker in India. Deepak Parekh gave me full exemption to make HDFC Bank a brand-Talking to CNBC-TV18, Puri said that the bank has inherited the best brand in financial service under HDFC. Puri said that I already told Deepak that I want to work freely. I want to create an institution. So I will come only when I would have got an open exemption to work here. There will be no bond of any kind. Because free hand work will be fun. If you have faith in the vision, then only you can walk with the vision.

Aditya Puri further said that Deepak Parekh also came to the board, but he never intervened in our work. Puri said that HDFC Bank has created its brand with state -of -the -art technology with confidence, security and transparency.

Aditya Puri said that the lead of any company changes, people also go here and there, but our bank already has a strong and better team. He said that even though he was the face of the brand, all the decisions are taken by consulting the team.

There is a complete planning to work here. All the people of the team know about that plan. We have a strong team. We take care of employees better.

Puri said that I was the first person to say that there would be no cut in the bonus, promotion, and any facility of them. Even for this year, I want to assure that we will not get any such deduction. And we will achieve all the goals of this year. Puri further said that his dream is that HDFC Bank should become the largest bank in the country.

Integrated Farming: You can earn millions of rupees in small fields

More than two crore farmers will get 4333.40 crores in UP (file photo)

New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given the slogan of self -sufficient India. The agricultural sector can also make a big contribution in achieving this goal, provided the farmers adopt integrated farming. The same farmer can not only increase his income by doing many types of work on his farm but can also become helpful in the progress of the country. Today we are telling you the story of a farmer from Jaipur who has given a new dimension to farming by adopting this IFS model.

What is integrated farming-With this, any farmer can earn profits throughout the year. In this system, leftover products and remains from one component can be used for another component. If you do poultry, then you can feed the fishes of poultry beats. This will lead to high amounts of fish, which will make profit and another can be used for irrigation. If animal husbandry is also done with it, good profits can be made by selling cow-breathing milk.

Let’s visit farmer Surendra Awana’s farm
Progressive farmer Surendra Awana is giving a new dimension to farming in Bichoon village near Jaipur. On the one hand, while the farmers of the country are getting away from farming, saying that the IFS model of farming i.e. Integrated Farming System is gradually getting away from farming, saying that Surendra Awana is gradually getting away from farming. The government is also insisting on adopting coordinated farming from farmers instead of relying only on traditional farming.

Coordinated farming, that is, along with farming, other works related to farming are also adopted together so that the cost of farming can be reduced and income can increase. A big advantage of adopting integrated farming is that even if one work does not come from one work, then it can be passed through another work.

Increasing income from many types of farming simultaneously
Surendra Awana does work together on her farm with new age cultivation as well as horticulture, medicinal farming, dairy, fisheries and manure manufacture. Due to all these tasks being connected to each other, the cost decreases. For example, fodder for animals is born in the field itself. The waste of animals is used to make manure. Similarly, food for fish is also available from farm and dairy. Surendra Awana has 18 types of fodder growing on her farm. This multi -year fodder will have income from 5 to 80 years. Not only this, along with traditional farming, he is also showing farming like apples, almonds and strawberries in Marudhara.

A2 milk is heavy demand
Along with farming, Awana has done a large -scale dairy business and is about 170 indigenous breed fall cow shift. The A2 milk of this native cow is a huge demand and is sold in their prices. Gomutra emanating from dairy – cow dung is used as manure in farming. They have set up a plant on the farm to prepare and sell organic fertilizers. The price of organic yield prepared using organic fertilizers is also available.

Surendra Awana, a farmer who is doing fisheries together, says that this is a big source of income in which one bigha land can earn 10 lakhs in a year. Subsidies are also received from the government for fishing. Fish demand is also high and prices are also available. At the same time, the importance of medicinal farming has also increased during the Korona period. Surendra Awana has also started medicinal farming and it is expected to make big profits in the future. Farmer Surendra Awana says that the government aims to double the income of the farmer by 2022, but income from integrated farming can be made manifold. Farmers and agricultural scientists from all over the country come to see this successful model of Surendra Awana.

Hing Cultivation in India: Cultivation of expensive spices started in India, know everything about it- Hing Asafoetida Online Best Pries India Takes Up Cultivation in Himachal of Hing for the first time where is hing Grown Indian

0

New Delhi. CSIR’s component laboratory, Institute of Himalayan Biorisource Technology (Himalayan Biresource Technology), Palampur has led to a historic change in the farming methods of farming farmers of Himachal Pradesh due to the efforts of Palampur. Due to this change, the farmers here have now adopted the cultivation of Asafotida (asafoetida) with the objective of using the barren land on a large scale under the cold desert conditions of this area. CSIR-IHBT brought asafetida seeds for this and developed its agricultural technique.

740 crores spent on asafoetida imports- Asafoetida is one of the major spices and is a high -value spice crop in Hing Cultivation in India. India imports about 1200 tonnes of raw asafetida annually from Afghanistan, Iran and Uzbekistan and spends about US $ 100 million per year.

Asafoetida cultivation started in India- In India, the lack of planting material of plants named Ferula Asa-Fotida was a major hurdle in the cultivation of this crop. In order to introduce the cultivation of Asfotida (asafoetida) in India, on October 15, 2020, the first plant of Asfotida (Hing) was planted by Dr. Sanjay Kumar, Director of CSIR -IHBT, Dr. Sanjay Kumar, in a farmer named Quaraning of Lahaul Valley.

Since Asafotida (asafetida) is a major spice of the Indian kitchen, the CSIR -IHBT team made tireless efforts to start this important crop in the country. In October 2018, the institute started using six bunchs of seeds brought from Iran through ICAR-National Bureau of Plant Genetic Resources (ICAR-NBPGR), New Delhi.

ICAR-NBPGR confirmed that this was the first attempt to use Asfotida (Ferulla Asa-Fotida) seeds in the last thirty years. ICAR-IHBT grown asafetida plants at CEHAB, Ribbing, Lahaul and Spiti in Himachal Pradesh under the supervision of NBPGR.

This plant prefers cold and dry conditions for its growth and it takes about five years to produce a resin named Olio-Gum in its roots. This is the reason that the cold desert areas of the Indian Himalayan region are suitable for the cultivation of Asafotida (asafoetida).

Kachchi Asafotida (asafoetida) is extracted from the fleshy roots of Ferula asa-phosetida as Olio-Gum Ral. Yo is found in the world about 130 species of Ferula, but Ferula Asa-Fetidis is used only for an economically important species for the production of Asafotida (asafetida).

In India, we do not have Ferulla Aspotida, but its other species Ferula Jessene is found in the Western Himalayas (Chamba, Himachal Pradesh) and Ferulula Northx in Kashmir and Ladakh, which are not species of Asfotida (asafoetida).

Scientists of CSIR-IHBT also organized training programs related to asafetida cultivation and formed demonstration plots in villages named Madgaran, Binga and Killong in Lahaul Valley, Himachal Pradesh in collaboration with the establishment of seed production chain and on commercial scale.

Asafoetida is made from raw materials coming from abroad- Shyam Prasad, a resident of Hathras and asafoetida, says, resine (milk) comes from Iran, Afghanistan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. This milk comes out from a plant. Earlier traders used to bring milk directly to Hathras. But now Khari Babli area of Delhi has become a big market. But the process of process is still done in Hathras. 15 big and 45 small units are doing this work. Olio-gum resin (milk) is processed from the plant with maida. Some units have also opened in Kanpur too. Apart from the asafetida country in the country, there is export in Gulf country Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain etc.

Chunri made here is supplied across the country.

New Delhi. The first preparation that starts during Navratri is that of Mata’s Lal Chunri. If someone prepares Chunri by giving orders two months before Navratri, then one goes to the market one night before the fast and buys his status of status. The price is undoubtedly different but reverence is the same. But do you know that the dress worn by Lal Chunri and Mata Rani is prepared in Vrindavan, not only in the country but also abroad. Motorola Moto E7 Plus Review in Hindi, Motorola Moto E7 Plus Review

0

Motorola is now slowly launching new smartphones in India and trying to make a hold in the budget and mid-range market. Given the popularity of Moto’s mid-range products, Moto E7 Plus has now been added to the budget e-series. This new phone of low price looks good and specifications are also interesting, especially when it costs Rs 9,499 in India. However, the Moto E7 Plus also has some shortcomings, which can make buyers think twice. So we are also a little keen to review this phone. Let’s start the Moto E7 Plus review to know where the phone will make itself stand in the competition.

Moto e7 plus design

Moto E7 Plus Moto G9 was very reminded of us. The design is very similar and some things that we also liked about the Moto E7 Plus. The color of our review unit is Misty Blue. Smartphone companies usually select solid colors on the budget device, but this phone has gone with Motorola gradient finish, which will help to separate it from other budget mobile phones. Motorola has flattened the edges of the Moto E7 Plus as the company did with the Moto G9 and the frame turns a little backwards. It helps in holding the phone well.

For the selfie camera, you get a waterdrop notch upwards, set in a 6.5 inch display. The thickness of the bezels is acceptable according to the price, but you will see that the chin is a bit more thick. The power and volume button of the phone is set to be quite good place, making it easy to use the phone in one-hand. There is also a dedicated button for Google Assistant. This is set above the volume button. Motorola has a dual-camera setup on the Moto E7 Plus that is set just above the fingerprint scanner. Moto E7 is nothing at the top of Plus.

Moto e7 plus specifications

The phone comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 processor. Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 is an octa-core chipset, based on 11 Nm process and works on 1.8GHz clock speed. Motorola has launched the phone in India with only 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage.

We liked its Myux Custom Skin, which is based on Android 10. It gives almost stock experience. Our review unit had a September Android security patch. Motorola’s gestures are available in OS. However, the camera Quick-Lanch Gesture is missing on this device. Which reminds me that E7 Plus is an entry-level model. Gesture-based navigation is capable by default and you can swipe on a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner to show the notification shade. Motorola has kept the blotware negligible. In this, you will only get some apps of Google to Facebook.

Moto e7 plus performance and battery life

We did not see any kind of lag on using the Moto E7 Plus for a week. With 4 GB of RAM, multitasking has no problem and we switched very easily among many apps. We also liked the performance of face unlock and fingerprint scanner.

Gaming performance on Moto E7 Plus is decent and we played call of duty on mid graphics quality without any problem. We found in a 15 -minute gameplay that the phone’s battery fell 3 percent. Mango games go well and the device does not heat up when playing common games.

Battery life is very good in Moto E7 Plus. It lasted 18 hours and 23 minutes in our HD video loop test. The phone lasted for one and a half days with general use. The lack of USB Type-C port is disappointing, but Motorola is not alone in it, Xiaomi’s Redmi 9 also comes with micro-USB port.

Moto E7 Plus gets 10W charger, which is relatively slow. It charged the phone 22 percent in 30 minutes and 43 percent in one hour. It takes two hours to charge it completely. It is a matter of regret that it does not have fast charging support.

Moto e7 plus cameras

The Moto E7 Plus has a dual-camera setup, which comes with a 48-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.7 aperture and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. For selfie, this phone has an 8-megapixel sensor with F/2.2 aperture.

Motorola’s camera application is very easy to use and I did not face any problem with it. Photo mode gives you the option to control ISO, focus, white balance and exposure by yourself.

Daylight photos were good and adequate sharpness and good details. The phone automatically enabled HDR for bright scene and the camera was fast taking shots. In case of close-up subject, it added soft blur in the background and also kept the picture sharp.

Portrait mode uses depth sensors, but we saw that Moto E7 Plus better capture people and animals than objects. It works well in detecting edges and also gives you the option to set the blur level before taking the picture.

The low-light camera performance was average and the output smooth appeared. Enabling the night mode leads to a lot of change in the output, which gave a lot of bright and sharp photos. The phone takes about two seconds to capture a shot and in such a situation we will advise you to use night mode only after the sun sinks.

The selfie taken during the day was good and a portrait mode is also available, so that you can set the blur’s level. Applying a phone mask does not recognize the face for portrait. Low-light selfie was average.

Verdict

After using the Moto E7 Plus for a few days, we can say that this is a very good option according to its price. There is enough performance and many budget phones will be happy with this. Its long battery will remove your day very comfortably without worrying about life charging. However, micro-USB port makes the fun of charging here gritty.

The camera performance is good, while it should be noted that this phone has only two cameras. If you want a good all-rounder and a clean user interface, then the Moto E7 Plus is for you.
