Upendra Kushwaha will go to Rajya Sabha from a seat in Bihar. The top leadership of NDA has approved the candidature of Upendra Kushwaha. Upendra Kushwaha will file his nomination in Bihar Assembly on March 5. On the other hand, this news is also a shock for Powerstar Pawan Singh. In future, if Pawan Singh is not sent from a seat in another state, it will be shocking for him.
Kushwaha’s sending to Rajya Sabha has been confirmed by Rashtriya Lok Morcha. Issuing a statement, the party said, “National President of Rashtriya Lok Morcha Upendra Kushwaha has been declared the official candidate of the party for the upcoming Rajya Sabha elections. Upendra Kushwaha will file his nomination as the candidate of Rashtriya Lok Morcha supported by the National Democratic Alliance (NDA).”
Party’s state spokesperson Nitin Bharti has issued a press release. He said, “After discussion and mutual communication by the top leadership of NDA, it has been decided that Upendra Kushwaha will file his nomination for candidature in Bihar Assembly on March 05. On this occasion, leaders of all the constituent parties of NDA will be present.”
Rajya Sabha is sending Nitin Naveen and Shivesh Ram to BJP
Earlier today (Tuesday), Bharatiya Janata Party has announced the names of two Rajya Sabha candidates from its quota. Nitin Naveen and Shivesh Ram will go to Rajya Sabha. Along with this, Bihar BJP state president Sanjay Saraogi had made it clear that Upendra Kushwaha is also going to Rajya Sabha.
Out of total five Rajya Sabha seats in Bihar, NDA has announced the names of its candidates for three seats. Now it has to be seen whose name comes from the two seats in JDU’s account.
Will Kushwaha’s candidature get stuck?
Let us tell you that the victory of JDU and BJP on two seats each is considered fixed. In such a situation, Upendra Kushwaha is being seen as the fifth candidate in NDA. The question is whether by putting Kushwaha at number five, his seat will not get stuck? Because NDA needs three votes to win the fifth seat. Upendra Kushwaha’s party leader Nitin Bharti said that everything has been decided. No game is going to be spoiled.
