The Municipal Council elections were held in November, then the Municipal Corporation elections were held in January and now the District Council elections were held in February. In all these, this influential political duo of Devendra and Ravindra created an efficient and strong party machinery of BJP by establishing precise election planning, strong campaign mechanism, direct communication and coordination between the local level organization and the state level leadership.
