Delhi government has issued this policy in coordination with the three oil marketing companies. Its objective is to ensure fair and controlled distribution of LPG cylinders during the current shortage.

Expansion

In view of the current shortage of LPG cylinders in Delhi, the new distribution policy has been implemented in compliance with the instructions of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas of the Central Government. Under this policy, commercial LPG cylinders up to a maximum of 20 percent will be made available on the basis of average daily consumption in the National Capital Region of Delhi.
