There are more than four thousand vacancies

A total of 4,543 vacancies have been declared for posts like Sub -Inspector Citizen Police, PAC Platoon Commander, Special Security Force Platoon Commander and Women Platoon Commander. Of these:

  • Sub -Inspector Civil Police: 4,242 posts
  • PAC Platoon Commander: 135 posts
  • Special Security Force Platoon Commander: 60 posts
  • Women’s Platoon Commander (Badaun, Lucknow, Gorakhpur PAC Women’s Corps): 106 posts

According to the recruitment board, special facilities were provided for the prevention of technical problems till 6 am on Monday morning. In which 3,499 candidates have submitted the application fee. The written examination will be informed to the candidates four weeks in advance. The minimum educational qualification in qualification criteria is graduation, and age limit 20 to 28 years (exemption with reservation). The selection process includes written examination, Physical Efficiency Test (PET/PST) and document verification.

Women 20% Benefits of reservation

Under the policy of the Uttar Pradesh government, women are getting 20% ​​horizontal reservation in police recruitment, which is promoting their participation. A significant increase in the number of women has also been seen in previous recruitment cycles.
