This video is now becoming increasingly viral on social media.

What did the advocates object to

In fact, a hearing was going on in the SDM court on a 107 case, in which the accused was ordered to be sent to jail. Advocates objected to this, the lawyers said that there is no provision to send jail under Section 107. There was a debate between the lawyer and the SDM in the past, in which there was also no noise. On Wednesday, advocates boycotted the SDM court over this dispute and today during the court, such an incident was seen in the temple of justice.

Regarding this whole matter, SDM Avinash Kumar said that “Lawyer Sahab has considered his personal matter regarding a bail case. The behavior has also applied against me in the court.

The SDM further said that “Advocates started disrupting our court, our bodyguard made a video from the security point of view, during this time his mobile snatched and assaulted him, also used abusive language. It did not seem that the advocates had come from the mentality in this way. There was a lot of uproar.

Avinash Kumar said that “These are criminal acts, are illegal. It is a matter of obstructing the administration to the administration in doing government work. SDM will take action on it. Taking away, obstructing the work of governance administration is absolutely criminal act.
