
Union Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari held a special conversation in ABP News’s ‘Resepying India Conclave’. Nitin Gadkari told that new modern sources of transport are coming in Mumbai. Water taxi will be started soon in Mumbai. At the same time, aircraft that fly from C-plane i.e. sea will also be a part of public transport.
Union Minister Nitin Gadkari also gave information about the introduction of water taxi in Mumbai. He said, “Due to my insistence, a jetty was made at the airport. The chairman of BPT studied it and talked about 5-6 thousand water taxi. Through this, you can sit in a water taxi like Venice.”
Water taxi will start soon in Mumbai
Nitin Gadkari said that Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis spoke to the company about this, because it is a project of the state government. The company is now selected and the airport is starting. Now the Maharashtra government has planned to start a water taxi.
The Transport Minister said, “I have given the advice I had to give. Soon the water taxi project will be taken up.”

RO-RO successfully in Mumbai
Nitin Gadkari gave information about RO-RO and said, “We started the Roro Road PACS (RO-ROL-On/Roll -off Ferries) service from BPT to Alibag. You can park the car up to 5-6 floors. Buses and trucks can also stand. You will sit up and reach Alibag in 17 minutes.”
100 Sea Planes will come to Mumbai
Giving information about C-plane, Nitin Gadkari said that there is talk of starting 100 C-plane here. His trial took place, standard was fixed. I myself have landed in the sea sitting on the plane. For this, the flying scheme in private airlines has been given consensus. SpiceJet had decided to buy 100 such planes, which are now in process.
