There is going to be a big change in the rules related to food and drink in Madhya Pradesh. The government wants people to know in advance what kind of food will be found in the hotel or restaurant. For this, it will be mandatory to show it clearly outside the hotel and restaurant soon that there is a vegetarian (veg) or non-vegetarian food served there.

Green and red round mark will be identified

According to the new rule, it will be mandatory to put green round marks outside only hotels serving vegetarian food. At the same time, it will be necessary to keep a red round mark on hotels that provide non -vegetarian food.

If both veg and non -veg food is served in a hotel, then it will have to apply half a green and half a red ball out. In this way, people will be able to identify from outside what kind of food the hotel gives.

The owner’s name will also be written outside

The government does not want to be limited to the identity of food just. The name of the owner who takes the license of the hotel will also be written outside. This step is to assure people that the place where they are going to eat, the restaurant or hotel is completely legal and reliable.

Food delivery is also monitored

The Madhya Pradesh government is also focusing on food delivery. Minister of State Narendra Shivaji Patel said that the effort will be that vegetarian food should be taken only by taking vegetarian delivery boy. Its aim is that there is no mistake or adulteration during eating.

There will be change in FSSAI Act

For this change, the government is preparing to amend the FSSAI Act. This identification will be possible from outside in hotels and restaurants as if there is a mark of red and green shells when there is a packet -packed food.

People will already get information

The Minister of State said that the government wants people to decide in advance that in which hotel they are going to eat. This will also save time and it will be easy for people to choose the right option.

He says that if this rule is successful in Madhya Pradesh, then it can be given the form of law in the whole country. That is, in the coming time, it can be mandatory not only MP, but it can be mandatory to place green mark outside the hotel and restaurant in the whole of India.
