Along with the BJP, the Congress is also not behind in increasing familyism. The current Vibhan Sabha has a long political legacy of their families behind about 20 MLAs. According to the ADR report, if we look at the current assembly team of Madhya Pradesh Congress, it is clear that the party is also not behind in advancing the political legacy. In place of new faces, most of the seats have the same leaders whose families have already been holding a strong hold in power or organization.
Political experts say that both BJP and Congress are still under dynastic politics in Madhya Pradesh. In many seats, from ticket distribution to the strength of the organization, everything appears based on family heritage.

Two former CM’s son MLA
Ajay Singh is an MLA from Churhat of Sidhi. He was former Chief Minister and veteran Congress leader Late. Arjun is the son of Singh. Arjun Singh was also a minister in the central government many times. At the same time, Digvijay Singh, father of MLA from Raghaugarh, Guna, Raghaugarh Singh, has been the Chief Minister of the state twice and is currently a Rajya Sabha MP from Congress. At the same time, Nakulanath, son of former Chief Minister Kamal Nath, was also an MP from Chhindwara. He contested the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, but suffered defeat.
