The news of nature’s miracles and human spirit often surprises us, but the case that has come to light from Yantai city of China seems impossible to believe. Here a dog spent three years of his life under a deep and dark pit like Hades. Despite being buried underground, not only did this mute man remain alive, but recently he was taken out safely through a very complex rescue operation. The entire rescue operation was carried out by an organization known in the Internet world as Yantai Huabi Animal Rescue Team. Rescue team member Zhao told that this dog was trapped in that deep pit for the last three years.

The most surprising thing is that during these three years, kind-hearted people of the area kept dropping food and water down inside the pit, which helped the dog stay alive. Due to this selfless help of the local people, he was able to come out safely from the jaws of death. The video of this rescue operation is shocking. It can be seen that a rescue worker lowers himself down into that narrow and deep pit with the help of a rope. The second rescue worker was trying to catch the dog with the help of a noose attached to a stick. In the beginning, the dog, which had been living in the dark for years, looked very nervous and irritable. He was afraid of coming near the rescue team, which made the mission very difficult. When success was not achieved even after several attempts, the team had to adopt a new strategy.

According to Zhao, the rescue work was so difficult that several volunteer teams had to take turns trying. Many times the situation became such that it seemed that nothing could be done and the work came to a complete halt. Finally the rescue team laid a trap underground, in which he got trapped. In this way he was carefully pulled out. As soon as he came out, he was wrapped in a blanket and placed in a cage and immediately taken to the veterinary hospital, where he was seen for the first time peacefully drinking water from a bowl. After examination in the hospital, the doctors said that the condition of the dog is very critical due to lack of sunlight and space to walk for three years. The dog has developed skin problems in its ears, the muscles in its legs have become weak and its eyesight has also been seriously affected. Currently, according to local media reports, he is undergoing special treatment for visual impairment. Despite all these troubles, his other physical conditions are said to be stable.
