According to DMRC, this step has been taken to give employees an opportunity to celebrate the festival. Delhi Transport Corporation has also made changes in bus services. Buses will not operate in the first shift on the day of Holi.

There has been a temporary change in the services of Metro, DTC bus and Namo Bharat in Delhi-NCR. In view of the increasing crowd of passengers, special trains are also being operated by the Railways.
