
The decision of the Delhi government to extend the use of loudspeakers for Durga Puja and Ramlila has reacted by Imam Omar Ahmed Ilyasi, head of All India Imam Organization. He said that I do not know on what basis the Chief Minister of Delhi took this decision. Navratri is going on and this decision must have been taken due to Ramlila, but according to the one standard fixed, it is not a matter. It should be noted that others do not suffer from our Ajan or Bhajan.
All India Imam Organization chief Imam Omar Ahmed Ilyasi said, “I think the Delhi government must have taken this decision as per the need because it is now Navratri and Ramlila’s staging is going on.” Since there are awakening in it, the programs continue to happen and Ramlila ends till 12 o’clock in the night, so they have taken this decision for now, it is not forever.

‘It would be better if you follow the fixed standard of sound’
He also said, “We all should take care that the standard of sound has been fixed, it will be better if it is followed. Whether this sound is from Ajan, whether it is from bhajan, somewhere from temples or mosques or gurudwaras. If a standard of sound is fixed, there is nothing if it is. ”
Others do not suffer from loud voice-Illiyasi
Imam Omar Ahmed Ilyasi further said, “It may be that many people in your neighborhood may be ill, or there can be many people who are in trouble.” There are many children who are preparing for the exam, then it should be taken care of. Our Ajan, Namaz or Bhajan did not cause others to suffer. And if it is according to the fixed standard of sound, then there is no evil.
What is the decision of Delhi government on the use of loudspeakers
Please tell that the Rekha Gupta government of Delhi has allowed the use of loudspeakers till midnight during Ramlila, Durga Puja, Dussehra and related events. This exemption on loudspeakers is valid from 22 September to 3 October and after the government’s request, Lt. Governor V.K. Saxena has been implemented after approval.
Under this exemption, the time limit for its use has been extended from 10 pm to 12 pm on the condition of following noise pollution rules. In the Residential Area, organizers have been instructed to ensure that the sound level does not exceed 45 decibels.
