This reform has opened unprecedented opportunities for investors and entrepreneurs.

State government’s goal developed Chhattisgarh- CM

Chief Minister Sai said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi The state government has set a target of developed Chhattisgarh by imposing the vision of developed India. To realize this goal, more than 350 improvements have been implemented in the last one and a half years. He said that now we have entered the era of Speed ​​of Doing Business by going beyond the Is of Doing Business.

The Chief Minister said that the new industrial policy is the cornerstone of the progress of Chhattisgarh. This policy has increased the trust of investors and that is why within just one year the state has received an investment proposal of about Rs 7.5 lakh crore. These proposals will create employment opportunities for millions of people and the service sector will get a new identity.

Chief Minister Sai said that 11 major proposals have been revealed in hospitals and healthcare sector in Chhattisgarh Care Connection. These include big projects like Ginni Devi Goyal Manipal Hospital (500 beds), Neerganga Hospital and Research Center (450 Beds), Bombay Hospital (300 Beds) and Maa Padmavati Institute of Medical Sciences (750 beds) of Raipur. A total of more than Rs 2,466 crore is proposed in the field of healthcare, which will create about 6,000 new jobs.

Medicity will be made medical hub

The Chief Minister said that Medicity, which is developing in Nawa Raipur, will make Chhattisgarh a big medical hub of national level. Patients come here from various districts of the state as well as neighboring states. The construction of medicine will strengthen health services and will provide world -class super specialty facilities.

The Chief Minister said that there is immense possibilities of investment in Pharma sector in Chhattisgarh. The state government is preparing a pharma hub, where many pharma industry will operate at one place. This will give new direction to the pharmaceutical industry in the state and ensure easy supply of medicines required for super specialty hospitals.

Investment in hotel and tourism sector

CM said that the rich cultural heritage and biodiversity of Chhattisgarh offers immense opportunities for the tourism industry. Investment proposals of more than Rs 652 crore have been received from the hotel and tourism sector in the program. These include big names like Westin Hotel Raipur (Rs 212.7 crore), Hotel Ginger, Inferian Hotel and Resort, Amuseorama Amusement Park and Hotel.

Tourism status to tourism

Chief Minister Sai said that tourism has been given industry status and this will give special benefits to investors. The Chief Minister called upon the entrepreneurs associated with hotels, resorts, home stay and entertainment industry take advantage of the rich culture and nature of the state to take tourism to new heights.

Simplicity of investment process

The Chief Minister assured the investors that the single window ‘One Click’ system is applicable in Chhattisgarh, due to which no entrepreneur has to wander for NOC. Giving examples, he said that after the Investors Summit held in Delhi, the Palimetake Company was provided land allocation and all the approvals in less than three months and they started work on a project of Rs 1,100 crore.

New Technology and AI Sector

CM Sai said that Chhattisgarh is also welcoming the AI ​​revolution. The AI ​​Data Center Park is being constructed at Nawa Raipur, which will make the state a hub of Artificial Intelligence and Data Management in future. There is immense investment potential for industries associated with the data center here.

Step towards power hub

He said that energy is the most essential element in the creation of developed India. Chhattisgarh is moving fast towards becoming the power hub of the country. The role of Chhattisgarh has already been important in coal, minerals and energy production and this contribution will increase even more in the coming years.

Benefits of connectivity and location

The Chief Minister said that the Central India location of Chhattisgarh makes it special. Abundant availability of raw materials, strong connectivity of rail, road and air route and trained human resources make it an ideal destination for investment. He informed that air cargo service has also started in the state, which will increase business more fast.

New identity of service sector

The Chief Minister emphasized that now Chhattisgarh will not be limited to steel, cement, power and aluminum, but will also identify the industries associated with the service sector. Healthcare, hotel, tourism and AI based industry will give new dimensions to the state’s economy in the coming time.

In the program, Industry Minister Lakhan Lal Dewangan said that the government will provide facilities in all types of investment along with health, tourism. With the new industry policy, the attraction of industrialists has increased towards the state. The Chief Minister has participated in the Investor Summit in various states as well as places like Japan and South Korea. There has been a meeting with investors more than 5 times in the state, due to which the establishment of new industries and employment opportunities are being created. An investment proposal of about Rs 7.5 lakh crore has been received in the last 10 months. We have also done the work of encouraging the hotel and tourism sector. He said that under the direction of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, we are trying to do the best work.

It is noteworthy that at the Chhattisgarh Care Connect program held at Omaya Garden in the capital Raipur, the reputed companies of the healthcare and hotel area made big proposals for investment. For expansion of health services in the program, 11 major hospital groups made a total investment proposal of Rs 2,466.77 crore, which will provide employment to about 6000 people and new heights of modern health services will be established in the state.

In the program, Mumbai -based Bombay Hospital Trust has proposed an investment of 680.37 crores for 300 bed super specialty hospitals, which will provide 500 jobs. Maa Padmavati Institute of Medical Sciences Raipur will get 340 crore investment and 1,500 employment opportunities with 750 bed capacity.

Arogyamrita Wellness LLP Raipur has proposed an investment of 300 crores and 1,000 employment opportunities for the establishment of internal wellness growth, health and wellness center. The Four season Hospital and Research Center Raipur will create 1,400 jobs with an investment of 600 bed capacity and 302 crore.

Ginni Devi Goyal Manipal Hospital Raipur has a 500 -bed multi -super specialty hospital, in which 100 people will get employment. The 450 -bed multi -specialty hospital has been proposed by Neerganga Hospital and Research Center Raipur (Vandana Group) with an investment of 205.23 crore and 302 employment opportunities.

Memon Healthcare Private Limited Raipur has brought 101 crore investment and 400 employment opportunities to Sanjeevani Super Specialty Hospital with 150 bed capacity. The Modern Medical Institute Raipur will generate 555 jobs with an investment of 91.8 crores as 150 bed Super Specialty Hospital.

Shriram Sanjeevani Cancer Hospital Bilaspur 100 beds are proposed with 70 crore investment and employment to 200 people.
RS Armani Healthcare has brought 59.37 crore investment and 76 employment opportunities for LLP 50 Bed Hospital. Vrinda Chest and Medical Science Raipur 50 bed facility is proposed with an investment of 10 crores.

Hotel Westin Raipur (Sarada Group Nagpur) has proposed an investment of 212.7 crore and 400 employment. Panchamrit Entertainment Private Limited Raipur (Amuseorama Amusement Park and Hotel) will create 300 jobs with an investment of 80.91 crore. Chauhan Housing Private Limited proposed by Inferian Hotel and Resort Raipur with 80 crore investment.

Hotel Ginger Raipur (DSS Group) has brought 78 crore investment and 135 employment opportunities.

MM Hotel in and Resorts Raipur will create 110 employment opportunities with 63 crore investment.

Prayas Mall and Multiplex Dhamtari have brought 41.82 crore investment and 30 job opportunities. 25-25 crore investment and a total of 175 employment opportunities are proposed for the Inferian Lake Resort Balod and Hotel Rajnandgaon. Amusement Park proposed by Godriwala and MM Group Raipur will provide 24.9 crore investment and 70 employment opportunities. 20.97 crore investment and 22 job opportunities have been proposed by Bafna Lawn and Hotel Dhamtari (Sarovar Portico Group).

Thus, the total investment proposals declared in the program are Rs 3,119.07 crore. These include Rs 2,466.77 crore from the field of healthcare and Rs 652.3 crore from the hotel-tourism area. More than 7 thousand employment will be created by consisting of proposed projects and the state will get more than 2,800 new hospital beds.

The Chief Minister thanked the investors and said that this investment will make Chhattisgarh a new center of healthcare, wellness and tourism and Chhattisgarh will play a leading role in the creation of the determined developed India of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
