CSK is accused of using songs, dialogues and background tracks from films like ‘Jailor’, ‘Jailor 2’ and ‘Coolie’ to promote their content on social media.
Earlier this month, CSK released the video of its new jersey for IPL 2026 on its social media handles. The petitioner says that audio tracks from Rajinikanth’s films were used in this video. Interestingly, this video was removed after some time and was re-shared after making changes in it.
