“My friends were preparing for competitive exams. When they wanted to read me, I guided them. He liked my way and he cracked the exam. At his behest, we tried the same idea in a workshop of 100 students. Later, there was a session for 20,000 students in the stadium. So we got the idea that we have developed the love in 2011, keeping in mind the use of technology.
Now let me tell you about my team. When we were in the early stages, my students helped me expand their classes. These students later formed the company’s core team and this team is now running all the important works of the company from content development, sales and marketing.Bayju’s team is just a addiction, that is to make our students habit of learning addiction. This passion can be seen from top to bottom in the company.
I have become an engineer by profession, coincidentally entrepreneur and choice teacher. I had never planned to start my work as a business. I just chased my passion and invested on my strength to fulfill it. Later it became a business. With the passion of earning money, no business can be operated, but the passion to change the society is far more important. I think that The real fun here is not in creating a billion dollar company, but in making a billion thinker and learner.
By the way, I want to tell you that I did not do any business. So I and my team learn by working. We learned the art ranging from business models to its expansion and raising money. Anyway, if we do the work of teaching, then we also learn ourselves and do entrepreneurship.
Nowadays, I do not get the amount of time to teach me before, but I am happy that many of my students are doing better work than me today. We have teachers who are better than me today. Teaching is one of the most creative and powerful works. The teacher has a lifetime effect on the children, which helps to give their minds to their thoughts and fantasies, from giving them a launch pad.
I want to say to my young colleagues that when you do what is your favorite and obsessive work, then you are inspired by self. Must have the properties of big thinking, high aspiration, planning and rapid implementation. If you are obsessed for your thought, then work hard from the beginning. “
