According to the information, Pitam Singh, a resident of Hasanpur area of ​​Amroha district, was married to 18-year-old Rimjhim, a resident of Saifni area of ​​Rampur district, on 1 December 2025. On the occasion of Holi, Rimjhim had gone to her maternal home. After the festival was over, on March 9, Pitam reached his in-laws’ house to pick up his wife and both of them were returning home together. It is being told that on the way, both of them got down at Bilari bus stand and started waiting for the next bus. Meanwhile, Rimjhim told her husband that she was hungry and wanted to eat pakodas. She asked her husband to bring some hot pakodas from the cart in front.

When the husband went to get pakodas and returned after a few minutes, his wife was missing from there. At first he thought that she might be nearby, but even after a lot of searching, no trace of her was found. After this Pitam Singh questioned the people nearby, but no one saw him going. Worried, he reached Bilari police station and lodged a missing report of his wife.

Pitam told the police that he suspected that his wife had gone away with a young man from the same family. At present, the police have registered the case and the footage of CCTV cameras installed around the bus stand is being scrutinized. Along with this, efforts are also being made to trace the girl on the basis of mobile location. This matter has become a topic of discussion in the area. People are also expressing surprise as to how the bride suddenly disappeared after sending her husband to bring pakodas. At present the police say that investigation is going on and soon the truth of the whole matter will be revealed.
