Rouse Avenue Court has acquitted all 23 people including former CM Arvind Kejriwal and Deputy Manish Sisodia in the excise policy case in Delhi. Regarding this, an article has been written in Saamana, the mouthpiece of Shiv Sena (Uddhav Thackeray), in which he targeted the Central Government and called it a political vendetta by Modi-Shah and also took the Central Investigation Agencies to task.
Wrote in Saamna that the court has acquitted Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia. This order of the court is a slap on the political vendetta of Modi-Shah. The court made it clear that there is no truth in the allegations against him. There was no criminal conspiracy in this. The court has destroyed the CBI investigation in this case.
‘PM Modi and Amit Shah should apologize’
Similarly, Shiv Sena alleged that BJP leveled allegations on the liquor policy of Delhi government and hatched a conspiracy. The reason for this was that the Delhi government elected by the public did not belong to the BJP and Chief Ministers Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia were speaking against the BJP. Due to which Kejriwal’s house was raided, later he was arrested and kept in jail for a long time.
After the acquittal of Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia, Prime Minister Modi and Amit Shah should apologize to them and prosecute the CBI Director, under whose leadership this false action was taken. How false and fake this whole matter is, has now been revealed in the court. India’s investigative agencies are the dogs of the BJP government, with a leash tied around their neck. First they bark and then jump on the body and bite. All this happened on the orders of political masters.
Accusations of being implicated in false cases
In the last ten years, many such false cases were created to destroy the opposition. Chhagan Bhujbal, Anil Deshmukh, Nawab Malik and Sanjay Raut were arrested in Maharashtra. Chhagan Bhujbal was acquitted but kept in jail for two and a half years. ED has not yet been able to prepare a case against Anil Deshmukh, Nawab Malik and Sanjay Raut. Ajit Pawar And Hasan Mushrif was forced to leave the party by threatening him with ED.
Due to the neglect of the courts, investigating agencies like ED and CBI crushed the truth and took a diabolical form. If the court had stopped these devils in time, BJP’s atrocities camps would not have spread so much. Prime Minister, Home Minister and Chief Ministers like Fadnavis are running these torture camps without caring about democracy and the Constitution.
Courts and investigative agencies have become like bamboos in the tents of these torture camps. The investigating agencies funded by BJP have been proved to be hired ponies in the court. Those who fabricate false cases should now be punished.
