Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be on a tour of Bihar today (15 September). During this time, he will inaugurate the new terminal building of Purnia Airport and will also give Saharsa two new trains through video conferencing. DRM Jyoti Prakash Mishra of Samastipur division gave this information.
DRM Mishra told that Prime Minister Narendra Modi On Monday (September 15), Amrit will flag off the Bharat Express. This train will run from Saharsa to Amritsar. With the introduction of this train, connectivity between North Bihar and Punjab will be strengthened and passengers will get better travel facility.
Vande Bharat Express from Saharsa to Danapur
The second gift to Saharsa is Vande Bharat Express. This train will start from Farbisganj and go to Danapur via Saharsa. Local passengers had a demand for fast and comfortable train on this route for a long time, which is now being completed. The operation of both trains will improve the convenience of passengers.
New building will be built with Amrit Bharat Scheme
DRM Jyoti Prakash Mishra told during the inspection that the new building of Saharsa Junction under the Amrit Bharat Scheme is being prepared at a cost of Rs 44 crore. However, some construction works are still incomplete, including the installation of air conditioners, lifts and escalators. For this reason, the building will not be inaugurated on 15 September. The sensor has been instructed to complete the remaining work soon. The new date of inauguration of the building will be decided later.
Inauguration and other projects of Purnia Airport
During this visit of Prime Minister Modi, Bihar will also get many other gifts. They will inaugurate the new terminal building of Purnia Airport. Along with this, they will start development projects worth Rs 36,000 crore. Which includes schemes related to road, rail and agriculture.
PM will inaugurate National Makhana Board
Prime Minister Modi will also inaugurate the National Makhana Board. The establishment of this board will promote Makhana production, processing and exports in the area. This step will prove to be helpful in increasing the income of farmers and strengthening the agricultural economy of the region.
