Bihar News: Security lapse during CM Nitish Kumar’s Samriddhi Yatra, panic due to girl’s arrival in the convoy – Nitish Kumar Samriddhi Yatra Nalanda Child Incident Flyover Inauguration Development Projects

On Thursday, as part of his Samriddhi Yatra, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar reached his home district Nalanda. During this time, there was a stir due to the sudden arrival of a small girl in front of his convoy. The incident took place near Bhainsasur temple in Bihar Sharif when the Chief Minister was going to inaugurate the flyover.

Major accident averted due to alertness of female constable

The female constable posted at the spot at the time of the incident immediately took the girl to a safe place. Due to his alertness a major accident was averted. Earlier, the Chief Minister’s helicopter landed at Nalanda College. From there he directly reached the car to inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of various development projects worth Rs 810 crore for the district.

Questions are being raised on security arrangements

According to eyewitnesses, when the Chief Minister’s security convoy reached near Bhainsasur temple, suddenly the girl came running on the road. However, the promptness of the female policeman took control of the situation. The incident has raised questions over administrative lapses amid the high-profile ‘Samriddhi Yatra’ and claims about the CM’s security arrangements.

Inauguration of flyover

After a brief interruption, the Chief Minister’s convoy moved ahead and inaugurated the newly constructed flyover by cutting the ribbon. Other cabinet members and local officials were also present on this occasion.
