Information was received about resignation from assembly
This information was given by the Assembly on Sunday morning that Nitin Naveen will submit his resignation today at 8:40 am by going to the Assembly as per the constitutional process. Despite it being Sunday, the assembly office was opened. Assembly Speaker Prem Kumar also reached the Assembly office at the scheduled time. Not only this, Nitin Naveen’s supporters and many BJP leaders had also reached the Assembly, but suddenly there was a change in Nitin Naveen’s program. After this, information was given back from the Assembly that Nitin Naveen is not resigning today.

Actually, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Nitin Naveen have been elected as Rajya Sabha members. Both have to submit their resignations by March 30. According to the rules, a person cannot be a member of two houses for more than 14 days. Therefore, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and BJP National President Nitin Naveen had to resign from the Assembly by March 30.
