After confirming the news of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar going to Rajya Sabha, he will file his nomination today and during this the Union Home Minister Amit Shah Will also be present. On this, Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav, while talking to the media, fiercely attacked BJP and made many big allegations. It is noteworthy that BJP is the largest party in Bihar Assembly with 89 seats while Nitish Kumar’s party JDU has 85 seats.
Groom Nitish, married to someone else – Tejashwi Yadav
Taking a jibe at BJP, Tejashwi Yadav said that they made Nitish Kumar a groom and made him ride on a mare but got him married to someone else. He said that all this was already decided. Even before and during the elections, we had said that the Bharatiya Janata Party will not allow Nitish Kumar to remain the Chief Minister. He said that he has full sympathy with Nitish Kumar and wishes for his healthy future.
Questions raised on leaving together in January 2024
Tejashwi Yadav said that when Nitish Kumar left us in January 2024, he did not even have any valid reason. He said that even then we had warned that Bharatiya Janata Party would completely destroy JDU. The 2025 elections were held with complete Tantra Mantra but the result is in front of everyone. He said that BJP has worked to destroy whoever it has formed an alliance with. This is the formula of Maharashtra which is also being implemented in Bihar.
BJP’s new CM will be a rubber stamp – Tejashwi
Tejashwi Yadav alleged that BJP has completely hijacked JDU. On sloganeering against some JDU leaders, he said that from the beginning he was saying that the party has been hijacked. He said that whoever becomes the new CM of BJP will be a rubber stamp. Mental pressure is being put on Nitish Kumar and he is being tortured. This is happening against public sentiment and there is resentment among the people due to the change of power that is taking place.
BJP is anti OBC and SC-ST – Tejashwi’s big allegation
Tejashwi Yadav said that BJP does not want any leader of OBC, extremely backward, Dalit or tribal community who talks about social justice to get power. Even though CMs from OBC community are made in Orissa and Madhya Pradesh, they are just rubber stamps. BJP will loot Bihar and we have always been against the ideology of BJP. He said that BJP is destroying democracy in Bihar and the people of Bihar are watching everything.
Nishant Kumar should enter politics – Tejashwi
When asked about Nishant Kumar, Tejashwi Yadav said that this is an internal matter of JDU. He said that he had said earlier also that Nishant Kumar should enter politics. What BJP did to Nitish Kumar’s father is in front of everyone. There are some people in JDU who are associated with BJP and want that JDU should be abolished and Nishant Kumar should not be allowed to enter politics.
