A shocking incident has come to light in Kalwari police station area of Basti district. Where miscreants brutally attacked a family on the suspicion of making a video of illegal soil mining. In this incident that took place in Benipur village, the attackers chased and beat a young man and his parents, due to which panic spread in the entire area.
It is being told that the young man had made a mobile video of the loader passing on the road, after which the accused got angry and attacked the family. The husband and wife have been seriously injured in the attack and have suffered deep injuries on their heads. The video of the incident is also going viral on social media, after which the police has started investigating the matter.

Avinash, son of the victim Ram Bahor, was going to collect the plank for household work. There was a loader vehicle parked on the way, which Avinash stopped to see. It is alleged that seeing the mobile phone in Avinash’s hand, the opponents riding the loader thought that he was making a video of their illegal activities or the vehicle. Without asking anything, the bullies abused Avinash, threw him on the ground and started beating him mercilessly.
Elderly parents who came to save them were beaten with sticks
When father Ram Bahor and mother Nirmala reached the spot to save their son’s life, the attackers attacked them too. According to eyewitnesses, about half a dozen attackers came armed with sticks and attacked the entire family. Nirmala and Ram Bahor were severely hit on the head, due to which they bled to death on the spot. The attackers did not stop here, they threatened to kill the entire family and fled.

Police busy searching for the accused
The victim’s family, drenched in blood, reached Kalwari police station and narrated their ordeal. The police have got the victims medically examined in their injured condition. Seeing the seriousness of the matter, Police Station Head Santosh Singh said that on the basis of the complaint, a case has been immediately registered under relevant and serious sections. DSP Sanjay Singh said that such a big attack on a small thing like making a video will not be tolerated. The accused have been identified and police teams are conducting raids. Soon all the attackers will be behind bars. At present, all the four accused were immediately released on bail by the SDM, due to which their feelings increased further and now the family is again facing threat to their life and property.
