Bahraich: Good news for 136 families living amidst the forest, Yogi government will provide houses.

There is news of great relief for the people living amidst the forest of Bahraich in Uttar Pradesh. 136 families living here are going to get new homes soon. In fact, there is now a news of relief for the people of Bharthapur village who live amidst the forests. On the orders of state Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, all preparations have been completed to settle 136 families near the National Highway. The Chief Minister himself is expected to perform Bhoomi Pujan at the new displacement site very soon.

The village is surrounded by forest on all sides.

Bharthapur village, situated in the Terai near Lakhimpur border, which is about 120 kilometers from Bahraich headquarters, is surrounded by forests, Gerua and Kaudiyala rivers. The only means of reaching here was by boat.

The people of this village were living under the shadow of fear and insecurity for years due to dangerous wild animals, floods and lack of basic facilities. The tragic boat accident that happened in October last year changed the fate of this village.

CM Yogi himself reached the village after the accident

After this accident, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath himself reached Bharathapur. He closely observed the suffering of the villagers here and understanding their poor condition, took the decision of immediate displacement. CM regarding this Yogi Adityanath Gave strict instructions to the officials and asked them to provide security and facilities for the people of the village. After CM’s order, people are going to get gifts soon.

On the instructions of the Chief Minister, District Magistrate Akshay Tripathi took immediate action and identified suitable land and prepared a complete action plan for displacement. This decision will not only provide a safe life to these families, but will also open the way for basic facilities like education, health, roads and employment.
