
Late Saturday night, thieves raided the residence of Giribala Singh, retired District and Sessions Judge and President of Bhopal District Consumer Forum Bench-2, in jail in the high-profile Twisha Sharma case, located in Bagmugalia Extension. Although it has not been revealed what items the thieves stole, but on seeing the night patrolling police team, the miscreants ran away leaving behind the jewelery and important files.
This incident of theft took place in Bagh Mughaliya area of Katara Hills police station area. According to the police, thieves burgled the house of retired judge Giribala Singh. Meanwhile, the Charlie vehicle team of police patrolling the area noticed some suspicious activities near the house. When the police team tried to stop and arrest the miscreants, they fled from the spot taking advantage of the darkness. In their panic, the thieves also left the stolen goods there. Jewelery and important files were recovered in it.

Giribala’s second son was alone at home
Misrod ACP Dr. Rajneesh Kashyap said that at the time of the incident, Giribala Singh’s second son Siddharth Singh was sleeping in the room below the house. The thieves entered the house late at night. The police are now conducting a detailed investigation to find out what items the thieves managed to remove from inside the house. As soon as information about the incident was received, senior police officers reached the spot with their team and inspected the entire house closely. The police started scanning the footage of CCTV cameras installed in and around the house so that the accused could be identified. Neighboring people are also being interrogated.
It is noteworthy that Bhopal’s famous Tvisha Sharma, her mother-in-law Giribala Singh and husband Samarth Singh are in jail in the suspicious death case. After this incident of theft at the house of this high-profile family, security has been increased in the area, but the claims of VVIP security have once again been raised a big question mark.
