A very painful and hair-raising incident has come to light from Hardoi district of Uttar Pradesh. In Chaura village of Kachhauna police station area, a married youth and his unmarried girlfriend committed suicide by hanging themselves from the same noose. This suicidal step has spread sensation in the entire area. After receiving information about the incident, there was panic in the police department.
According to the information received, the deceased youth Shravan Kumar was married to Rita, a resident of Prayagraj, about 10 years ago. He has three children (two sons and a daughter). It is told that while visiting his sister’s in-laws house (Mangatanpurwa), Shravan had developed a love affair with a girl named Kunti.
Two days ago, when Shravan went to meet his girlfriend Kunti, he was caught by the villagers. After this, a Panchayat was called between both the families and the village head. After the agreement reached in the Panchayat, Kunti was sent to her home along with Shravan.
Wife returned from her parents’ home, chaos broke out at home after seeing her girlfriend
Meanwhile, Shravan’s wife Rita also returned from her parents’ house. Seeing another woman (girlfriend) with her husband in her house, she got very angry and expressed her strong protest. After this there was a huge dispute between husband and wife. There was an atmosphere of great tension in the house till late night.
Both were found hanging from the noose of the same saree
After the dispute late at night, Shravan and Kunti went into a room and closed the door from inside. When the door was not opened for a long time on Saturday morning, the family members feared something untoward and informed the police.
When the police and forensic team reached the spot and opened the door, everyone was stunned to see the scene in the room. Shravan and Kunti were found hanging from the noose of the same saree. Additional Superintendent of Police (East) Subodh Gautam also inspected the incident site. Police say that prima facie it appears to be a case of suicide.

The decision of this love affair has ruined the entire family forever. Due to this dreadful step of Shravan, not only two lives have been lost, but his wife, three innocent children and visually impaired parents have also lost their lives forever. Further legal action in the matter is being taken by the police.
