After the earthquake, people in Jammu and Kashmir and Gurugram reported feeling tremors. Tremors were felt in many other areas also.

The tremors of the earthquake in Afghanistan were also felt in India. Regarding the earthquake that occurred about 400 kilometers away from Jammu and Kashmir, the National Seismology Center said that the earthquake occurred at around 7.04 pm on Saturday evening. According to NCS, the earthquake occurred at a depth of about 215 kilometers from the earth’s surface. The intensity of the earthquake was measured at 6.2 on the Richter scale. At present there is no news of loss of life or property. Some people in Jammu and Kashmir and Gurugram in Haryana in India reported feeling earthquake tremors.
