American singer-performer Britney Spears, known as the ‘Princess of Pop’, is stuck in a legal trouble. Britney pleaded guilty to a less serious charge related to a drunken driving case in Southern California. After this, Singer has been sentenced to 12 months probation and one day in jail.

Britney Spears pleaded guilty in Ventura County Superior Court through her attorney Michael A. Goldstein. Spears was not present at the hearing, represented by her attorney. After this, Ventura County Commissioner Matthew Nemerson sentenced Britney Spears to 12 months of probation and one day in jail.
He was also ordered to pay the required fines and complete a three-month Driving Under the Influence (DUI) education program prescribed by the state. Apart from this, he was also ordered to attend weekly therapy sessions and meet a psychiatrist twice a month. After his arrest in March, the case can now be closed after his confession.
