
In a major administrative change, the state government on Saturday transferred 62 Indian Police Service (IPS) officers. In this, Superintendents of Police (SP) of 19 districts have been shifted. After the bank robbery case, Singrauli SP Manish Khatri has been removed, he has been made AIG PHQ. In the transfer order issued by the Home Department, new responsibilities have been given to senior police officers posted in the field from the police headquarters. In this list, 19 Superintendents of Police have been given new responsibilities. This includes Bhind, Shivpuri, Rewa, Sagar, Dhar, Morena, Chhatarpur, Khandwa, Neemuch, Pandhurna, Agar Malwa, Anuppur, Mauganj, Dindori, Mandsaur, Datia, Sehore, Singrauli, Damoh and Seoni. These changes have been made with the aim of strengthening law and order. Apart from this, ADG, DIZ and DCP level officers have also been shifted.
