America’s big decision: withdrawal of troops from Germany
America has decided to withdraw about 5,000 of its troops deployed in Germany. After this step, Germany is reconsidering its dependence on America for its security.
According to analysts, this decision, along with President Donald Trump’s threat to increase tariffs on cars made in the European Union (EU), could cause Germany a loss of up to $15 billion every year. This is also likely to affect Europe’s economic and defense strategy.

Israeli attacks intensify in South Lebanon, allegations of arson of houses
According to Lebanon’s national news agency, the Israeli army has carried out an airstrike on the Burj Kalawiya area in the Bint Jbeil district of southern Lebanon. The area was also shelled with heavy artillery. The agency also said that incidents of setting fire to many houses have been reported in the border village Khiyam, due to which there is an atmosphere of panic among the local people.
