Action taken in Jabalpur Bargi Dam accident: Chief Minister became strict, cruise pilot and helper and ticket counter in-charge suspended – Jabalpur Bargi Dam Accident Action Taken On Instructions Of Cm Dr. Mohan Yadav, Many Employees Suspended

The government has taken the first strict action in the Bargi Dam accident in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. Now the troubles of the employees who commit serious negligence are not showing any signs of diminishing. The cruise pilot, helper and ticket counter in-charge have been suspended.

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav writes on ‘X’ that strict action has been taken against the culprits who were negligent in the tragic cruise accident that took place in the Bargi reservoir of Jabalpur. The services of cruise pilot Mahesh Patel, cruise helper Chhotalal Gond and ticket counter in-charge (FOA) Brijendra have been terminated with immediate effect.

Apart from this, Sunil Maravi, manager of Hotel Maikal Resort and Boat Club Bargi, has been suspended for negligence in work, while Regional Manager Sanjay Malhotra has been attached to the headquarters and a departmental inquiry has been started.

‘The culprits will not be spared under any circumstances’


The Chief Minister said that the culprits will not be spared under any circumstances. He expressed condolences to the victims and assured that the government is committed to providing all possible assistance. At the same time, it has been announced to give an amount of Rs 51-51 thousand to each worker who saved the lives of 28 people in the cruise accident.

Search continues for four cruise riders


Let us tell you that four cruise passengers are still missing, rescue teams are busy searching for them. Nine people have died in this accident and 28 people have been rescued safely. Rescue operation has been started from this morning on the third day.
