On April 26, around 2:30 am, the birthday party of Rupesh Kumar’s 2-year-old son was going on in Jafarpur Kalan area. People were celebrating happily. After the party was over, some friends and relatives were waiting for their cab on the road. At the same time, Delhi Police head constable Neeraj reaches there and what happened next was no less than a scary movie.
Khaki’s arrogance and ‘Bihari’ abuse
According to eyewitnesses, whether Neeraj was drunk or not is still a matter of investigation, but his ego was on cloud nine. He suddenly lost his temper and started abusing. He targeted the youth standing there by calling them ‘Bihari’ and used regional abuses extensively. The frightened youth were even apologizing to him with folded hands, but he did not listen to anyone.
Two families ruined by one bullet
Crossing all limits, Neeraj took out his pistol and started firing openly. He shot 21-year-old Pandav Kumar in the chest. The force of the bullet was so much that it passed through the Pandava’s body and entered the stomach of Krishna sitting right behind him. Both of them fell there drenched in blood. Pandav, who worked as a delivery boy, died on the spot. At the same time, Krishna has been admitted to the hospital in a critical condition, where he is fighting the battle of life and death.

The same Rupesh Kumar, whose son’s birthday was there, narrated what he saw to the police and media and said that they had come out to drop their friends, when Neeraj came and started threatening them with a pistol. They were apologizing but he did not listen and then suddenly opened fire.

Accused head constable arrested from Rohtak
Police received information from RTR Hospital that two youths were shot, one dead and one injured. After investigation, the police has arrested the accused head constable Neeraj from Rohtak, Haryana.
