
Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) is now going to make its passengers directly a part of the decision. To further improve the travel experience, a special online survey is being started, where every passenger will be able to openly share his opinions, complaints and suggestions. This initiative will not only become a medium to test the quality of services, but will also set the direction for making metro travel more convenient and reliable in the future.
The 13th edition of this survey under the COMET Benchmarking Group conducted by Transport Strategic Center will start from 13 April 2026 and will run till 10 May 2026. This survey is being conducted in collaboration with metro systems around the world, so that the real thinking of passengers can be understood.
Why is the survey being conducted?
According to the information received, the main objective of this survey is to know how people traveling in the metro view the services. The direction for improving the quality of service will be decided on the basis of feedback received from passengers. Suggestions in this will also be taken seriously.

In this survey, feedback will be sought from passengers on almost every important service of the metro. This includes aspects such as availability, accessibility, ease of use, information received before and during the journey, punctuality, customer service, comfort, crowding, safety and overall satisfaction.

COMET Group members from all over the world are participating in this survey. Its purpose is to know which services the passengers like the most and which areas need improvement. With this, a plan will be made to provide a better experience to the passengers by adopting best practices.
