Politics has now started over the decision of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government to put an umbrella over the statues of Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar in Uttar Pradesh. National President of Samajwadi Party, Akhilesh Yadav took a jibe at this and said, “Now just imagine, the government which has looted the reservation and violated the rights for 9 years, is now going to put an umbrella over the statue of Baba Saheb.”
SP Chief Akhilesh Yadav gave this statement while talking to journalists in Kanpur. Here, on the question of alliance with Bahujan Samaj Party, he said that the relations between us and them were in 2019. We are still fighting for their society. He said that his own party is fighting the battle of PDA and BJP is now making electoral pretense.
Our relations with Mayawati ji continued even in 2019 – Akhilesh Yadav
When journalists asked Akhilesh Yadav, Mayawati said that Akhilesh Yadav does not love Dalits, he just pretends. On this, Akhilesh Yadav said, “We have relations with Mayawati ji even in 2019, we are fighting for her society and we are the ones who installed the statue of Baba Saheb after her.”
Apart from this, Akhilesh Yadav cornered the state government for health facilities in the state. The Kannauj MP said that the poor are not getting treatment in government hospitals nor are they getting it on time. The police system was also ruined. Then he said in his own style that the bad days are about to end.
Government violated the rights of Dalits for 9 years- Akhilesh Yadav
SP chief Akhilesh Yadav accused the BJP government of snatching reservation. He said that the same government which has violated the rights of Dalits for 9 years is now getting umbrellas installed over the statues of Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar. Not only this, he further said that if anyone broke the statue of Baba Saheb the most in the state, it was the people of BJP.
