
MP-UP Cooperation Summit: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav reached Varanasi on March 31 for the Madhya Pradesh-Uttar Pradesh Cooperation Conference. On reaching Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh Industrial Development Minister Nand Gopal Gupta ‘Nandi’ welcomed him. On this occasion, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Minister Rakesh Sachan, Minister of State for Sports and Youth Welfare Girish Yadav along with public representatives and district officials of Varanasi were present.
CM Dr. Yadav had darshan of Baba Kashi Vishwanath here and toured the Kashi Vishwanath Corridor. He observed the crowd flow design, infrastructure, pilgrim management system here. He watched special presentations on Kashi Vishwanath Corridor crowd management. Apart from this, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav also held a meeting with officials in the Kashi Vishwanath Temple complex. He also took many important information related to the temple management.
Will further strengthen MP-UP cooperation- CM Mohan
It is noteworthy that the purpose of this visit of CM Mohan Yadav is to further strengthen cooperation between Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh. During this stay, he also observed many banks of Mother Ganga. He worshiped Ganga and took her blessings. During this, he also interacted with the devotees in the temple premises.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav told the media that he liked the management of Kashi Vishwanath Corridor very well. It was started by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Along with that, the residents here made a big contribution in accepting this decision. The whole world has faith in Lord Shankar.
Focus on religious tourism and small scale industries
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that very good work has been done in Uttar Pradesh regarding ODOP. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath And his team has a big contribution in this. Our government is also doing great work on this.
He said that we will discuss what can be better between the two states. Along with religious tourism, we will also focus on small scale industries. He said that just as there is a heritage of Banarasi saree in Uttar Pradesh, similarly work is being done on small scale industries including Chanderi, Maheshwari saree in Madhya Pradesh.
Discussion on changing people’s lives
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that the way crowd management is being done in Baba Vishwanath Corridor, we want the same kind of management in Simhastha also. Our visit is to gather information and plan for the same. We are considering that there should be better religious tourism arrangements in all the states, religious tourism should bring changes in the lives of people. Prime Minister Narendra Modi Under the leadership of Mahakal Lok, the economy of the entire region has changed. Similarly, after the construction of Kashi Vishwanath Corridor, there has been a change here too. A new chapter of development is being written by taking all the people together.
He said that we will exchange plans and information regarding Baba Mahakal and Kashi Vishwanath. We will also sign an MoU for this. We will try to ensure that the public gets the best facilities for darshan. Recently Prayagraj Kumbh took place here and Simhastha is going to be held in Ujjain. In such a situation, to ensure ease and complete system, we also saw the presentation. We are also studying what else can be done in the future.
Aim to improve the lives of the poor
CM Dr. Yadav said that I have come here for another reason also. It will also be studied how to create coordination between small industries so that the youth of both the states get employment, the life of the poor improves, products get fair prices, the state prospers and the country prospers. We are also going to have a road show regarding this.
He said that research is going on in Madhya Pradesh on the life of Emperor Vikramaditya, the government is also giving fellowship for it. A great drama will be staged on the great personality of his life at Baba Vishwanath Dham on 3-4-5 April. About 400 artists will participate in it. We are reviving the genre of this great drama. Gone are the times when there was bitterness between states, now is the time for harmony. We are working closely with Uttar Pradesh on Ken-Betwa river interlinking project and solar project.
