Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has given a big statement regarding the increasing tension in West Asia. He has clearly said that it would be extremely dangerous to drag the Gulf countries into someone else’s war and this could further increase instability in the entire region. According to a statement issued from Moscow, Lavrov said this during a video conference conversation with the foreign ministers of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. He said that Russia fully supports the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Gulf countries and considers any kind of attack against them wrong.
