The deceased have been identified as Subhash (60), resident of Khod village, and Ishant (10) and Zaid Khan (8), residents of Milakpur Gurjar village of Bhiwadi (Rajasthan). On the complaint of deceased Subhash’s brother Salim, an FIR has been registered against Thar driver Dipanshu in Pataudi police station under section 281, 106 BNS related to death in road accident.

At around 10.55 pm on March 27, in Khod village of Khand, Gurugram, a speeding and uncontrolled Thar hit a man and his two nephews standing in the mud near the road. The impact of the speeding Thar was so severe that people and children jumped and fell 10 to 30 feet away. Both the children died on the spot due to serious injuries in the accident, while the injured person died during treatment in the hospital. Police have arrested the Thar driver.
