‘Our film does not spread hatred’
At the trailer launch event of Neelira, Vetrimaaran said, ‘Nothing will change until we tell our own stories. Everyone will believe only what others say. Many films, despite spending lakhs of rupees, still spread violence or hatred.
Then some makers also try to earn crores through this. But this film ‘Neelira’ does not spread any kind of hatred. Nor does she want to make fun of any caste, community or sect.
