According to the information, this incident has come to light from village Rampur of Nagla Singhi area. It was told that Govind, a resident of Rampur, attacked his wife Seema in the stomach with a sharp weapon during a fight. Wife Seema, who was injured in this attack, died on the spot. Police told that Seema was married to Govind 6 years ago, Seema and Govinda have three children.
Woman died on the spot in the attack
According to Additional Superintendent of Police, City, Ravi Shankar Prasad, Govinda, a resident of Rampur village of Nagla Singhi police station area, had a dispute with his wife Seema over some issue. In this, husband Govind attacked wife Seema’s stomach with a sharp weapon. In this attack, woman Seema died on the spot.
Police sent the body for postmortem
According to Additional Superintendent of Police, City, Ravi Shankar Prasad, this incident was reported by the local people on dial 112. As soon as information about the matter was received, the police reached the spot. The police have taken the body into their custody, filled the Panchnama and sent it for post-mortem. Also, further action is being taken in the matter.
Police busy searching for absconding accused
He told that Seema’s maternal side is a resident of Pamari village of Pachokhara police station area of the same district. Seema’s father has filed a complaint with the police against the murderer son-in-law Govinda. Police have registered the case on the basis of the complaint. Police claim that the absconding accused Govinda will be arrested soon and will be put behind the bars.
