Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate this ambitious project on March 28. This is not just an inauguration but a big event at the national level in which lakhs of people are watching. Administration, Police Commissionerate, Traffic Department and intelligence agencies are working together to make this program a success. The entire area has been transformed into a high security zone where Every nook and corner is being monitored.
According to the information Prime Minister Narendra Modi On March 28 at around 11:30 am Noida International Airport After reaching there, first of all he will inspect the terminal building of the airport and take stock of the preparations there. After this, the Prime Minister will formally inaugurate the first phase of the airport at around 12:00 noon. After the inauguration, he will go towards the public meeting venue where he will address a large number of people. It is believed that there is a possibility of special focus in the public meeting on area development, employment and airport related schemes, although due to security reasons, some changes in his minute to minute program are also possible.
Security agencies deployed in the hands of SPG
Before the Prime Minister’s visit, the SPG has taken command of the venue. Thousands of personnel of local police, PAC, traffic police and intelligence agencies have been deployed along with them. Every route from the airport to the public meeting venue has been sanitized. Surveillance is being maintained through drone cameras and hi-tech CCTV. Intensive checking campaign is also being conducted in nearby hotels and villages. Barricading and checking at every entry and exit point. Arrangements have been made so that immediate action can be taken on any kind of suspicious activity.
To maintain smooth traffic system during the program, a detailed route plan has been issued for Meerut and Ghaziabad Vehicles coming from the Eastern Expressway will reach Sirsa roundabout and from there will go to Parking 6 and 7 via Faileda and Dayanantpur villages on the fixed route. Vehicles coming from Mathura and Aligarh will reach Jewar Toll from Yamuna Expressway and will be able to reach Parking 59 and 11 from Kishorepur Road via Sabota Under Pass. Along with this, vehicles coming from Hapur, Bulandshahr and Khurja will go from Jewar Interchange to parking 13 and 14 from where they will reach the venue through shuttle buses.
Special arrangements for vehicles coming from Delhi Noida
A separate traffic plan has been prepared for the people coming from Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida and Surajpur. This vehicle will be available in Noida Greater Noida From the expressway, people will descend at Galgotia Cut and reach Fleda Cut and Dayanatpur via Expo Mart NSG Roundabout. Vehicles will be parked in Parking 7 here. To avoid the crowd, the administration has advised people to adopt alternative routes. Movement of all goods and commercial vehicles will be completely banned from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm on the day of the program. Vehicles coming from Tappal route will be diverted towards Palwal. Vehicles coming from Secunderabad and Kakod will be diverted from Khurja. Vehicles going towards Agra will be sent towards Aligarh and Tappal by giving a U turn before Jewar toll.
15 parking spaces, separate arrangements for each category
The district administration has created a total of 15 parking spaces for the program. Parking 1, 2 and 3 have been earmarked for VIP vehicles and parking 8 has been earmarked for media personnel. From where they will be taken to the venue through the prescribed route. Parking 10 has been earmarked for the police and administration officials, while parking 15 has been made for the people coming via buses. From where shuttle services will be run. Parking for the general public has been arranged at 5, 6, 7, 9, 11, 13 and 14. Shuttle buses have been arranged for the convenience of the common people attending the programme. Buses will run continuously from the parking lot to the venue of the programme. Apart from this, Help desks and volunteers will be deployed at various places who will provide right direction and information to the people.
Special arrangements for media coverage
The administration has also made special arrangements for the media. Media personnel will be given entry at Kishorepur Gate and will be taken to Parking 8, from there they will be taken to the designated media zone from where they will be able to cover the entire program. The media will also be thoroughly checked for security. At the same time, about 2 lakh people are expected to reach for this inauguration, in such a situation, a special strategy has been made for crowd control. Traffic police staff on every parking and checking at every entry point has been arranged on every route. The administration has appealed to the people to follow the traffic rules, leave before time and avoid unnecessary travel.
