Ranveer Singh’s most awaited film ‘Dhurandhar-2’ has been released in theaters today (19 March). Even though the audience is going crazy after watching this film, Congress is demanding intervention from the government regarding such films. On Thursday (March 19, 2026), Congress MP Tariq Anwar gave his reaction regarding the film.
‘Not good for the coming generation’
Congress MP Tariq Anwar said, “…It is clear that the film has been made with an agenda. The way violence has been shown in it… I think it is not right for the coming generation that such a film should be presented to them… The government should look into it.”
‘…then the country will suffer loss due to this’

Regarding the film, MP Tariq Anwar further said, “As far as allegations have been made against a particular community… that is also not right. This is increasing hatred within the society. If the atmosphere inside our country deteriorates, it will harm the country.”
