
Yashveer Maharaj of Yoga Sadha Ashram in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh has once again tried to increase communal tension before Navratri by making a controversial statement. In the latest released video of Yashveer, he has talked about running an ‘identification campaign’ during the Navratri fair at Mata Shakumbhari Devi Temple in Saharanpur. In this, it was said in a warning tone that those setting up shops on the lines of Kanwar Mela will be identified.
Yashveer Maharaj has appealed to the devotees to ensure the identity of the shopkeeper before purchasing goods from any shop in the fair. He also said that he himself will run a checking campaign in the fair along with his supporters. There has been no reaction from the local police-administration on this statement yet.
Yashveer Maharaj’s statement
In his viral video, Yashveer Maharaj has said, “A fair will be held for 15 days during Navratri at the Shakumbhari Devi temple in Saharanpur district, and the people who are running the fair are spit-urine jihadi gangs. We have told all of them that no one should set up their shop in the fair or go there for roaming. Because this fair belongs to Hindus and those spit-urine jihadi gangs who impure the food of Hindus by adding spit-urine etc. to the prasad, they should be punished.” There is no right to go to the fair, and there is no right to sell any puja items etc. in the fair.”
Yashveer further made serious allegations and said, “Because they earn money from Hindus and these people do terrorist incidents against all the Hindus and veterans. My request is that I would like to tell all the Hindus, whenever you go there and buy goods from any shop, check the Aadhaar card and if anyone is found spitting and urine of the Jahadi gang shopping there or roaming around, then throw him out of the fair, and on the fair being organized at this Shakumbhari Devi temple, we will We will also run a continuous checking campaign and the entire Hindu society will check all the Hindu shopkeepers.”
