The government is also exploring bus connectivity between Delhi and Bihar. This step is being taken keeping in mind the large Purvanchali population in the national capital.

Expansion

The Delhi government plans to start inter-state government bus service to three major religious places. Transport Minister Pankaj Singh announced this on Monday. These sites include Katra (Vaishno Devi), Khatu Shyam in Rajasthan and Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh.
