CM Yogi has instructed the chairpersons of all the recruitment boards not to make indecent comments regarding the dignity and faith of any person, caste, creed, sect. Taking cognizance of the issue of controversial question asked in the SI exam, he has also asked all the paper setters to give instructions.
The Chief Minister clearly said that such habitual offenders should be immediately banned in these examinations. And it should be ensured that while preparing the paper, there are no indecent comments about any person, caste or religion. This subject should also be made a part of the MoU of paper setters.

Let us tell you that in the Hindi paper of UP Police Sub Inspector Recruitment Examination on March 14, ‘Pandit’ was included as an option in the answer to a question ‘changes as per the occasion’. After which the political turmoil regarding this question has intensified. Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak also expressed his strong displeasure while raising questions on this question and said that such questions hurt the dignity of the society. This is not acceptable.
After this controversy, UP Police Recruitment and Promotion Board also came into action and has ordered an investigation regarding this question. The board clearly said that action will be taken against whoever is found guilty in this case. The board said that this work is done by highly confidential organizations in such a way that the confidentiality of the question papers is maintained. Therefore, the question paper is not reviewed by any officer or employee at the board level.
