Samajwadi Party National President Akhilesh Yadav has demanded during the second phase of the budget session that the government should give priority to 7 important subjects. Akhilesh made a post on the social media site

While sharing the protest photo in this post, Akhilesh wrote – When the Parliament Budget When there was a break in the session, the topics were different and due to today’s wartime circumstances, our priority in this environment of crisis should be on the following topics.

– The country’s stance and opinion regarding the war;
– ⁠The subject of mortgage of foreign policy;
– ⁠US mandate replacing self-determination on supplies like oil;
– ⁠The question of our sovereignty and self-reliance;
– ⁠Question of safety of Indians working in war-affected areas or citizens of India who went there as tourists and bringing them back to India safely;
– ⁠The question of safely bringing back the journalists and media persons who went with the Prime Minister but could not return to India due to the outbreak of war;
– ⁠The subject of regularizing and ensuring essential supplies as well as controlling their rising prices due to war.

Opposition MPs demonstrated in Parliament

While talking to journalists in the Parliament complex, MP Akhilesh Yadav said, ‘US is deciding from whom we should buy oil. India’s foreign policy should be discussed in Parliament.
