Let us tell you that Alok Pratap Singh, working on the post of Deputy District Magistrate i.e. SDM in Bairia Tehsil of Ballia district, has told in his application that he has been bitten very painfully in both his hands by a pet dog, due to which the wound has become very dangerous. Although the SDM has got treatment from the local doctor, there is still bleeding and severe pain from the wound. According to the SDM’s letter, the doctors have advised to take him to a big institute for better treatment.

He has also mentioned in the leaflet that due to injury and plaster on his hands, he is unable to sign, hence he has to put his thumb impression on the application.
