After the matter came to light, on the complaint of the court administration, the police registered an FIR and started action. Police have arrested 3 people including a peon in the case of reel making. At present the police has started taking action against the accused. Bikaner Sadar police station arrested class IV employees Pushpendra Bhati, Manish Dudi and Bhupendra.

According to the information, the accused peon along with his two companions reached the court room and got the video shot while sitting on the judge’s chair. During this period, the decorum and rules of the court were completely ignored. After the video went viral, it was considered against the dignity of the court.
The police took immediate action in the case and arrested three people. Police say that the entire matter is being investigated and such negligence in the court premises is being taken seriously.
