Israel Iran War: Five people from UP who went for ‘pre-wedding photoshoot’ stranded in Dubai, appeal to PM Modi

Five members of a family from Chandauli district of Uttar Pradesh are stuck in Dubai due to disruption of flight services due to the ongoing conflict in West Asia. Five people from both the families, including the bride and groom, who had gone for a pre-wedding photoshoot, are stuck in a hotel near Burj Khalifa and no fixed date for their return has been decided.

Marriage to be held in April, went to Dubai for shoot

Prince Jain (27), elder son of coal businessman Ajay Jain of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Nagar, is going to get married in April. He had gone to Dubai with his fiancee Payal Jain (26) for a pre-wedding shoot. Prince’s younger brother Arihant (19), Payal’s brother Monu Jain (30) and his wife Muskan (28) were also with him. Everyone left for Delhi from Varanasi on 25th February and reached Dubai on 27th February. He was scheduled to return on March 2.

Conflict related to Iran prevented return

Ajay Jain said that due to the conflict related to Iran and increasing tension in the region, flight services were suspended due to which they could not return as planned. The family members contacted the Indian Embassy in Dubai but were advised to only contact the concerned airline. No clear information about return was received from the airline also.

Appealed to PM Modi for safe return

Ajay Jain Prime Minister Narendra Modi Has appealed to intervene and ensure the safe return of their children and relatives as soon as possible. At present, all five members are staying in a hotel near Burj Khalifa and the family is waiting for their return.
