
Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath On Monday, he said that while the world is witnessing unrest, instability and conflict, India is stable and progressing under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The people of the country can be proud of this. There are both occasions and celebrations for all sections of the society in the New India. At the same time, he has also made a big appeal to the people of UP regarding the festival of Holi. He said that neither objectionable songs should be played on Holi nor colors should be forcibly applied on anyone.
CM Yogi had participated in the ‘Bhakta Prahlad Shobhayatra’ organized by Shri Holika Dahan Utsav Committee in Pandehata, Gorakhpur, during which he addressed a gathering that festivals bring happiness only when celebrated in peace and harmony.

Adityanath’s comments have come in the backdrop of increased global tension after the recent conflict in West Asia. The Chief Minister said that ‘New India’ provides both opportunities and celebration for all sections of the society.
CM Yogi appealed regarding Holi festival
Appealing to the people to celebrate Holi respectfully, he said that Holika Dahan This should be done in such a way that it does not cause inconvenience to anyone or damage to anyone’s property. Holi songs should be sung in accordance with the true spirit of the festival. There should be nothing objectionable in this. Whenever there is obscenity in songs, it reduces the importance of our festivals.
Adityanath said that only colors and gulal should be used during Holi. Do not forcibly apply color on anyone’s face. No one should be forced. Referring to the period before 2014, Adityanath claimed that there were often curfews and tension before festivals in Uttar Pradesh. Today there is no curfew, no riot. There is an atmosphere of security and trust.
