Pak-afghan War: Afghanistan’s fierce attack on Pakistan, Noor Khan base became target; 32 soldiers killed – Afghanistan Attacked Key Pakistani Military Infrastructure Including Nur Khan Base Killing Several Soldiers

Tension between Afghanistan and Pakistan is continuously increasing. The armies of both the countries are face to face for the last four days. Afghanistan’s Defense Ministry has made a big announcement on Monday. He said, the Afghan Air Force has carried out precise air strikes on many military bases of Pakistan. Due to this action the situation between the two neighboring countries has worsened further.

In a statement posted on social media, the Afghan Defense Ministry said the attacks took place at Noor Khan Air Base in Rawalpindi. Apart from this, the headquarters of 12th Division in Quetta, Balochistan and Khwajai Camp in Mohmand Agency of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa were also bombed. The Taliban claim that they have also caused heavy damage to many other important military command centers of Pakistan.

According to the Defense Ministry, this operation is a revenge for the recent infiltration of the Pakistani Army. Pakistan had recently attacked Kabul and Bagram airbase. The ministry has warned that if Pakistan again violates Afghan airspace or takes any aggressive action, it will get an even stronger and decisive response.

This tension increased further when Pakistan declared open war against Afghanistan. Pakistan carried out airstrikes in Kabul and Kandahar on Friday. A few hours later, the Afghan army started retaliating. Noor Khan Airbase of Rawalpindi is very important for Pakistan Air Force. It was also targeted during India’s ‘Operation Vermillion’ in May 2025. The structure of the base was badly damaged in that attack.

According to Tolo News report, the Taliban claimed to have killed 32 Pakistani soldiers in the overnight attacks. The Defense Ministry said that its 203 Mansouri, 201 Silab and 205 Al-Badr Corps carried out these operations. During this, 10 Pakistani soldiers were killed, 10 were injured and four military posts were completely destroyed. Afghan army has also shot down two military drones of Pakistan.

Deputy spokesman Sediqullah Nasrat said the army used laser weapons and modern equipment against the enemy in Nangarhar, Paktia, Khost and Kandahar provinces. At present, there is huge tension in the entire area after these attacks.
