Those stuck in Dubai are said to include former MLA Sanjay Shukla, former MLA Vishal Patel, Praveen Kakkar, industrialist Manish Shahra, Manish Aggarwal, Pintu Chhabra, Golu Patni, Utpal Goyal and Aditya Sharma and Sanjay Shukla’s son Akash Shukla and other names. It is being told that most of the people had come to Dubai to attend a business meeting and marriage ceremony. Meanwhile, due to regional tension, airport operations were affected and many flights were cancelled.

Sanjay Shukla appealed to Home Minister Shah for help
BJP leader and former MLA Sanjay Shukla, stranded in Dubai, has released a video pleading for help from the country’s Home Minister Amit Shah, saying that the situation here has worsened. He said, “Complete traffic is closed, sirens are sounding.” Being asked to remain alert. He further said, “One cannot go anywhere from here either by sea or by road. Can go only via Iran. I am with my family. Many children have come to study and they are also stranded. Make arrangements for evacuation from here as soon as possible so that we Indian citizens can come to India safely.
